1. General

3. Account Registration

4. Deposits

All deposits on like97 are made in PKR. Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name — using a payment account belonging to another person is not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed during the deposit process. like97 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside like97's control.

Deposits are normally credited to your like97 balance promptly after confirmation by your payment provider. In cases where a deposit does not credit within a reasonable time, contact like97 support with your transaction reference number.

• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once processed. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe an error has occurred.
• like97 reserves the right to refuse a deposit or request additional verification before processing a deposit above certain thresholds.
• like97 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the account suspended pending review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from like97 are processed in PKR to the payment method registered on your account. Withdrawals are typically sent to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or the bank account linked to your like97 profile.

To process a withdrawal, your like97 account must be verified. This includes confirming your identity and ensuring the payment account you are withdrawing to is in your own name and matches your like97 account details. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Processing times vary by method but like97 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes communicated in the Withdrawal section of the Platform. Delays may occur where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal is flagged for review under our standard security procedures.

• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold where there are outstanding wagering requirements from active bonuses.
• like97 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bets are accepted and confirmed only once you receive confirmation from the like97 system. In the event of a technical fault or connectivity issue that prevents confirmation, the bet may not be registered. like97 will not accept liability for bets that were not confirmed due to technical issues on the user's end.

• The odds or game outcome was affected by an error, malfunction or data feed failure.
• The bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded or a material fact was already known.

• The event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned in circumstances covered by the applicable sport's rules.

For slot and casino games, the result displayed on your screen following a completed round is final. In the rare event of a display error that differs from the server-side result, the server record is authoritative.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on like97 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with games without manual input.
